Wet Granulation

For wet granulation Tri Calcium Phosphate (Milled) is used.

Wet granulation continues to be a widely used method in the manufacture of Tablets. In this process, granules are formed from wetted mixtures of the pre-blended tablet ingredients (usually milled form of active ingredients plus excipients), dried, screened and compressed into tablets. This method is often employed in tablets that have either a low dose active or a very high dose of active.

It is ideal for Food fortification and as a dietary supplement due to its anti-caking properties and fine particle size.
